Calgary winter wedding: Jennifer and Kris get married

Calgary winter wedding photo
Robin approached our wedding day with ease, grace, and professionalism. We were married on a gorgeous December day in which Robin captured every moment beautifully. Whether it was a picture of the snowy frozen reservoir, the sun setting, the bride and groom or even of the family pet, each picture brought the whole day together. Robin’s relaxed demeanor and humor helped to make the day flow effortlessly.

Jennifer & Kris

In my previous posting, I wrote about a November wedding being risky business. How about a December wedding? Again luck was on our side and the weather cooperated fabulously. It must have been the warmest day in December and that was great for Jennifer and Kris, because it allowed us to go outside and shoot some nice wedding photos.

Do you recognize Glenmore Park in Calgary SW? I have been here before, but every time I see a different angle to shoot a wedding photo. This black & white photo turned out great because of the snow in the background.

Just like a wedding that I photographed in November, I was able to shoot a sunset kiss photo. This may even become a Calgary Wedding Photography signature photo. However this only works during winter months as the sun sets early.

A time for a toast for Jennifer and Kris. Thanks for bringing out those blue champagne glasses!

The first dance is a wedding photo must have. Kris and Jennifer seem to be having fun with their first dance.
