Late summer weddings can benefit from great Calgary weather, but as always be prepared for things to turn the other way. During this day we had sun and rain. As a professional wedding photographer you need to be prepared to improvise and find alternative locations to take pictures.

Brittany and Rich’s wedding ceremony took place at Baker Park in the North West of Calgary: A wedding photographer’s dream when it comes to capturing a wedding ceremony. It provide a great backdrop for ceremony photos.
At the end of the ceremony it started to rain and we needed an alternative spot to take photographs. A bridge offered cover during the brief downpour. However as usual in Calgary, just wait a minute and the weather will change again.
